If there is a particular area about which you are concerned, tell us and we will let you know if your concern is well founded.
Independent Advice
We are an independent firm of surveyors and valuers until we are instructed by you, whereupon we act with your best interests at heart.
Why have an Independent Survey?
• A valuation is not designed to provide you with the full picture, and is simply providing the lending authority with the information they require.
• You are committing yourself to spending tens of thousands of pounds and repayments on a loan for the rest of your life.
• You need someone who is on your side and who knows that this is the property you want to make your home.
• The cost is a tiny percentage of the total cost of purchase and is money well spent.
• You are unsure about what to look for yourself.
• You want to sleep soundly in your new home.
